These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Running Farmerwebsite (the "Website"), and the services provided through the Website, including any orders you place for products available on the Website (collectively, the "Services"). PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

  • Products displayed on the website are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal or higher value.
  • The Company reserves the right to change the prices of its products without prior notice.
  • Customers can place an order through the website or via telephone during the Company's business hours.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order information and any special delivery instructions.
  • Orders will be processed and delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been successfully processed.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any orders that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Customers may cancel or modify their orders up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • In the event that a product is damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, customers should contact the Company immediately for a refund or replacement.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment for your order can be made using one of the following methods: Faster Payment System(FPS), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
  • For cash on delivery, please ensure that you have the exact amount of cash ready to pay for your order. Our delivery drivers do not carry change.
  • If your payment is not processed successfully, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • All delivery fees are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • If you qualify for free delivery, the order total must meet the minimum spend requirement specified on our website.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it has been delivered, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

 

DELIVERY

  • We offer delivery service within Hong Kong only. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the total purchase amount and delivery location. The fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
  • Delivery of the products you order will be made to the address you provide in your order. 
  • For orders over HKD 200, we offer free delivery via SF Express.
  • For orders over HKD 100, we offer free delivery to selected residential estates only.
  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products to you on the delivery date specified in your order, but we cannot guarantee delivery by that date.
  • Delivery will be deemed complete when we deliver the products to the address you provide in your order.
  • We do not deliver to remote areas such as Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and restricted areas.
  • Our delivery team will contact you via phone to confirm the delivery time and location. If you have any special requirements, such as requesting the product to be placed at a specific location, please inform us when placing your order.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer’s fault, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We only accept returns and refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects.
  • If a return or refund is approved, customers may be asked to return the product(s) in question, at their own expense, before a refund can be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria or that we suspect to be fraudulent.
