Cooking Instructions One day before consumption, remove the product from the freezer and thaw it in the refrigerator at 0-4°C (use within 48 hours after thawing). Air Fryer/Oven Cooking Method: Cook at 180° -200° C for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
