Marinade:

- Shaoxing wine: 1 teaspoon
- Ground pepper: ½ teaspoon
Sauce:
- Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon
- Zhenjiang vinegar: 2 tablespoons

- Soy sauce: 4 teaspoons
- Water: 5 teaspoons
Method:
- Marinate the Golden Sand pork ribs in the marinade for one hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant, then add the ribs and fry until golden brown.

- Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
